Neil Cowburn is an independent web developer/designer with a strong history of mobile development. He was one of the two founders of OpenNETCF Consulting, best known for the Smart Device Framework which has found its way into thousands of Windows Mobile and Windows CE applications around the world.

These days, Neil is focused on the iOS platform and cutting edge web development. Neil is also a mountain biker, a climber, adventure racer, and loves to cook quality food using the finest produce from North Wales.
